Swimsuit Model Melody Le’s Instagram Is Your Saturday Trip to the Beach

Half-Australian, half-Vietnamese model Melody Le knows her way around the world's best beaches. The hazel-eyed beauty was born and raised on the southern coast of Australia and now splits her time between America's coastlines in Miami, New York, and L.A. Sure, her job requires a lot of time in the sand, but even off duty she's busy hopping sea planes for the Bahamas. Her commitment to sun and sea is bested only by such a fierce love of fitness that it could motivate the universe's laziest sloth. Le is currently delivering her special brand of Instagram magic to 127,000 followers on a daily basis. And after chatting her up this week, we clearly don't think that's enough. So let us gently encourage you here to check her out and press "follow."

Where are you right now?

I'm working in Miami this week! Hello Sunshine :)

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Adelaide, South Australia.

If you weren’t a model, what career would you pursue?

I'm passionate about health and fitness and enjoy photography and textile design, so you'd probably still find me in the fashion business but maybe on the other side of the camera, or designing my own activewear line.

What is your mantra? (If you don't have one, make one up. We'll wait.)

Never allow someone or something that adds very little to your life to control so much of it. Think positive.

What makes you feel sexy?

Big messy bed hair and a set of lace lingerie!

Where have you never been but want to go?

Marrakesh, Morocco! It's been on my bucket list for a while...

Do you read the comments?

I do see most of the comments on my Instagram; however, I'm never really negatively affected by them. People are always going to have their own opinions of you, whether they are valid or not, but luckily I've mainly experienced support on social media.

What is the craziest thing you’ve done on a shoot?

I will do almost anything to get the right shot, and the craziest thing I've done on a shoot would have to be wading through leech-infested water to pose under a waterfall for a swim shoot.

How do you spend your time off?

During my time off, you'll find me in the gym or searching for the nearest beach, even if I need to catch a flight to get there!

What is your most prized possession?

I wouldn't say it's my most prized possession, but I definitely couldn't live without my phone.

Check her Instagram Out.
